The bespoke portfolio has been assembled over time (first assets acquired in 1999) in a client and investor focused manner.
The portfolio has a particularly strong focus within the residential and commercial sectors in Sweden and Germany.

- Nursing Homes
Obligo’s shipping portfolio consists of NOK 3,8 billion of assets under management (as at Q2 2016).
The shipping team manages a fleet of vessels with a value of NOK 3,8 billion. They invest in shipping and offshore projects both directly and indirectly. Investment diversification is gained through a variety of different segments, vessels, charter contract lengths and counterparties.
Type of Vessels
The global infrastructure fund of fund managed by Obligo consists of NOK 3,1 billion of assets under management (as at Q2 2016).
The portfolio is comprised of top tier funds with investments in more than 20 countries in several infrastructure sub-sectors. The fund is a 2007 vintage.
The underlying assets are primarily core infrastructure including for example airports, contracted electricity generation, ports, hospitals, waste management & waste-to-energy, wind power, toll roads, natural gas distribution etc. In addition the fund has allocation to more than 90 PPP projects.
The global private equity fund of fund platform managed by Obligo consists of NOK 2,4 billion of assets under management spread across five funds (as at Q2 2016).
The five fund of funds managed by Obligo include underlying top tier funds managed by Bain, Carlyle, Apollo, TPG, FSN, IK, EQT, HitecVision and others. Obligo manages two global primary fund of funds that were established in 2006 and 07. In addition, Obligo also manage three Nordic secondary fund of funds with vintages between 2010 and 2013. The investments are focused on mid-market buyout-funds.
